1. How does it work?

Our packages determine the methodology and anticipated timescales for positive results. begin with a consultation to discuss your child’s sleeping habits and your family's goals. We then develop a tailored sleep plan, including various levels of support such as follow-up calls and emails, helping you achieve the restful nights you all deserve.

 

2. When will I receive my program and support?

For consultations, we aim to schedule a meeting within days if needed. All bespoke sleep plans are provided within 48 hours after the consultation.

 

3. My child is over 5 old; does that mean you cannot help them?

Not at all! We offer support for over 5 years old, tailoring our approach meet their specific needs and help them achieve better sleep.

4. What if I need more support than the package I purchased?

Additional support can be purchased from our service pages. While we don't expect to see this if you stick to the plan, feel free to contact us to learn more about our extra services.

 

5. What if the process provided doesn't work?

If you are following the plan as advised by our sleep consultant, a bespoke plan should provide the desired results. If you believe the service is not working we will assess the package provided and explore alternative methods to help you.
